About Us

Kasia was born in Central Poland. She moved to Austria at the age of 23.

Jim was born in North East England. He moved to South West England when he was 6 years old.

Dave was born in South Wales. He moved to South West England shortly after his 8th birthday.

Together we aim to enlighten people about what the Economist magazine calls "the challenges posed by the “three Fs”—food, fuel and the financial credit crunch" and to help provide solutions to those challenges.

We will provide information on what we as individuals can do to help alleviate these problems. We also raise funds to support research and development of "alternative" technologies to assist developing nations. The first such project is the open source Econometer.
